Le vice-président du conseil supérieur de l’audiovisuel et de la communication va lancer le lundi 23 octobre 2023 à Kisangani la campagne de vulgarisation de la directive sur la réglementation de la campagne électorale à travers les médias et procéder à la signature du code de bonne conduite des acteurs politiques, sociaux et médiatiques en période électorale.
C’est ce justifie la présence au chef-lieu de la province de la Tshopo de Bruno MBOLIKO Mbolison.
Au lendemain de son arrivée, le vice-président du conseil supérieur de l’audiovisuel et de la communication a visité les principaux organes de presse de la ville de Kisangani afin d’avoir une idée sur leur fonctionnement.
Abordé par la presse, il explique que dans moins de deux mois, le peuple congolais sera appelé aux urnes pour élire les dirigeants notamment le président de la République, les députés nationaux et provinciaux ainsi que les conseillers municipaux. Ainsi, il était important que le CSAC en tant qu’autorité de régulation attire l’attention des professionnels des médias mais aussi de tous ceux qui interviennent dans les médias à savoir les acteurs politiques et sociaux que la campagne électorale n’est pas un moment de diviser le pays ou d’assommer les adversaires, mais c’est un moment de consultation politique mieux de fête nationale.
Ainsi, il est question de faire respecter une ligne rouge à ne pas franchir par chaque acteur, a-t-il conclu.
A noter que Bruno MBOLIKO Mbolison a visité ce samedi les principaux organes de presse de la ville boyomaise en commençant par la RTNC Tshopo. Il a pu palper les réalités de fonctionnement desdits médias.
